They helped shape the rhythm: clear house rules, gentle on‑ramps for newcomers, visible helpers at events, and tidy planning that keeps things calm. We started small—craft nights, game tables, “Community 101” intros—and focused on the basics: friendly greeters, a Safety Point of Contact, and venues that understand our PG‑in‑public approach.
From 2022–2024, the community found its stride. We trained rotating Event Leads, added quiet nooks and sensory‑friendly touches, and built a simple feedback loop after each meetup.
