Who’s Phill?
Meet the hand-puppet with a big imagination, a curious streak, and a talent for finding adventures wherever ACAP friends take him.
One day he might be hanging out at a community meetup. Next thing you know, he’s off on a little adventure with an ACAP member, ready to return with new memories to share.
Small Puppet. Big Personality.
Phill is ACAP’s traveling hand-puppet mascot. He has a very important job: helping us make memories, spark conversations, and remind everyone that joy can come from the smallest moments.
He sometimes heads home with a willing community member, tags along for everyday outings or cozy activities, then returns so another friend can take him on a new adventure.
Every host brings a different chapter to his scrapbook. A trip to the park? Wonderful. A coloring afternoon? Perfect. A completely ordinary snack break? Phill considers that a five-star expedition.
Want to Take Phill on an Adventure?
He’s a traveler, not a permanent houseguest! Here’s the idea behind a typical Phill visit. Hosting is coordinated by ACAP organizers.
Meet Phill
Say hello at an ACAP gathering and let the organizers know you’d be interested in hosting.
Take Him Along
If it’s your turn, agree on a return date and bring Phill along for a cozy or playful little adventure.
Share a Memory
With everyone’s permission, send an optional photo and a short story for his scrapbook.
Send Him Home
Return Phill to the organizers as arranged so he’s ready to meet his next adventure buddy.
Care, Kindness & Consent
Phill’s adventures should feel fun and comfortable for everyone. These are suggested hosting guidelines for the ACAP team to confirm.
Phill’s Travel Checklist
A Little Privacy Goes a Long Way
Being in an ACAP group photo is not automatic permission to publish someone’s picture. Hosts can share their adventure without showing faces, addresses, workplaces, or identifying details.
Anything selected for the public ACAP website should be reviewed before posting. Members should never feel pressured to appear in the gallery or explain personal interests.
Adults-only adventures 🐾
Phill is part of ACAP’s 18+ community. Participation follows ACAP’s community rules and any requirements set by the organizers for a particular event or visit.

Is Phill a real ACAP member?
He is a very enthusiastic hand-puppet mascot, but he does not get his own Telegram account or voting rights. Probably for the best. He keeps requesting snack breaks.
Can anyone take Phill home?
Hosting is coordinated through the ACAP team and is intended for participating adults in our community. Check with an organizer for the current availability and expectations.
Do I have to post photographs?
No. Participation and photo sharing are voluntary. If you send photos for the public scrapbook, only share images you have permission to publish.
What kinds of adventures does Phill enjoy?
Cozy reading, crafts, snacks, museums, a walk outdoors, or simply spending time with friends. The small moments are often the best stories.
How do I share a Phill story?
Contact the ACAP organizers with a short description and any photos you want considered. They’ll help with the appropriate sharing process. Please don’t submit private details about others.
Think You Can Keep Up With Phill?
He’s got a tiny backpack, very big ambitions, and absolutely no sense of direction. Want to help write the next chapter of his adventures?
